Effective protection and safety
The ANTIBACTERIAL series of products are created to ensure safety and protection against harmful microorganisms. The special powder paint used in the production process has antibacterial properties. All the plastic elements used in our products contain a special antibacterial and antifungal additive that inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
Antibacterial effect
Our products are made with an active substance, which is added to powder paints and is completely safe for health. Instead of using nanosilver, it contains a unique metal-ion compound. In combination with moisture on the surface of products, the metal-ion compound deactivates bacteria and microbes. This substance, added to paints, remains active for many years; it includes a durable antibacterial coating that works 24 hours a day. The bactericidal effect works as long as the powder paint remains intact on the product. By inhibiting the growth of microorganisms on the surface of our products, unpleasant odours have been greatly reduced, which are often consequence of bacterial and fungal growth. It effectively removes gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, mold
fungi, algae and yeast. The coating on the series ANTIBACTERIAL bins are 45% more effective than simply wiping with disinfectant liquid which has been confirmed by tests by the University Clinic in Marburg. Reproduction of bacteria and fungi are significantly reduced and thus reduce the number of infections arising during contact with pathogenic microorganisms. The active agents used in our paints are in accordance with current EU standards. Due to our application of powder coating technology, our products are safe for the user and are widely used in the medical industry in the EU and the USA.
Inhibited microbial growth
During the production of plastic components in our products, a special antibacterial and antifungal additive of organic origin is used, which does not contain nanosilver particles or other nanometals which are harmful to health. The additive works by creating an environment on the surface of the materials that is unfavorable for the development of acid bacteria. Thanks to this, the growth of microorganisms, molds, fungi and bacteria, including Staph, E. Cola, Salmonella and many others, are inhibited. Products using this supplement are completely safe for health, which is why they are widely used in the medical industry.
High effectiveness
The effectiveness of the materials used in our series of ANTIBACTERIAL products have been additionally confirmed by the Department of Chemistry and Microbiology at the University of Technology in Wrocław, which confirms its high effectiveness on such microorganisms as A. niger, P. aeruginos, E. coli, S.aureus and B. cereus.
