The Antiseptic Soft Close Freedom Fresh 20L Pedal Bin by ALDA is a large metal pedal bin that combines durability with elegant, functional design. Made in Poland from high-quality materials – steel and plastics sourced from local suppliers – the bin ensures both durability and a modern appearance. The Antiseptic Soft Close Freedom Fresh line features the use of antibacterial powder paint, available in white and black.
Thanks to the addition of active antibacterial substances, the powder paint effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria on the surface of the bin, providing long-lasting protection. Additionally, this preparation has been incorporated into the production process of the plastic components of the bin, giving them a dark gray hue and added protection against bacteria.
The bin is equipped with a soft-close mechanism, which allows the lid to close smoothly and silently, greatly enhancing everyday comfort. The tight-fitting lid prevents unpleasant odors from escaping, and the sturdy pedal mechanism withstands up to 10,000 opening and closing cycles, ensuring long-lasting use. Additional features, such as the hidden carrying handle in the hinge and the “click lock” system, which allows the lid to be locked in the open position, increase ease of use. Inside the bin is a removable plastic bucket that makes emptying easier and conceals the edges of the trash bag. The non-slip pedal and the ALDA logo on the hinge highlight the modern and elegant character of the product.
The Antiseptic Soft Close Freedom Fresh line also includes models with a soft-close function, providing additional user comfort.

Click lock
ALDA pedal bins are equipped with innovative „click lock” mechanism that locks lid in vertical position after opening. Thanks to that we can easily add or throw out the waste.

The active substance added to paint and plastic parts destroys harmful microorganisms. It remains active for many years providing permanent antimicrobial protection. This products with the following standards: PN-EN ISO 846: 2002 regarding the evaluation of the action of microorganisms, which is confirmed by the Department of Medical Chemistry and Microbiology.
