The Sherwood Freedom Fresh 3L Pedal Bin by ALDA is a classic metal pedal bin, the only one made in Poland, combining high quality with versatile design. Made from materials sourced from local suppliers – including steel and plastics – it offers exceptional durability and aesthetics. The Sherwood Freedom Fresh line features body finishes in organically coated steel in black and white colors.
What distinguishes this product line is the lid, which mimics the texture of oak wood. Importantly, unlike competitor products, ALDA’s lids are made of steel, not wood. This ensures the lid does not deform over time, and it prevents the spread of fungi spores and other bacteria.
A key advantage of pedal bins is the lid, which effectively covers the waste inside while preventing unpleasant odors from escaping. Thanks to a solid mechanism, bins from this series withstand up to 10,000 opening and closing cycles. Additional features such as a handle hidden in the hinge and the "click lock" system, allowing the lid to be locked in an open position, provide convenience and functionality. Inside the bin, there is a removable plastic bucket with practical handles that make emptying easier and hide the edges of the trash bag. The non-slip pedal and the ALDA logo on the top of the hinge emphasize its branded character.
The Sherwood Freedom Fresh line has also been expanded to include the soft-close feature under the separate line Soft Close Sherwood Freedom Fresh.
The 3-liter pedal bin is an excellent choice for places where the amount of waste is small. It is ideal for bathrooms, toilets, desks, and in medical and beauty offices, where hygiene and space-saving are key.

Organic coated steel
Products made of organic coated steel have 5 years warranty. This material is subjected to a galvanisation process and then powder coated, which increases its durability and anti-corrosion
features. Products made of this material can be used inside objects and in environments with corrosivity categories C1 and C2.

Click lock
ALDA pedal bins are equipped with innovative „click lock” mechanism that locks lid in vertical position after opening. Thanks to that we can easily add or throw out the waste.
